Belladonna LaVeau (She/Her)

Bella is the Matriarch of the Aquarian Tabernacle Church, Intl. and is considered a voice of the Goddess by the pagan community. As the Heirophant of the Great Mother Demeter, Bella is a direct channel for the Goddess and serves at Her behest. Bella is also dean emeritus of Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary, the only formal Wiccan sponsored college. Bella’s book series, "The ABC's of Witchcraft" are part of the Freshman core curriculum in the Seminary. A Navy Veteran, Mother of three, and professional Spiritual Counselor; Bella is a full-time Wiccan Priestess. Her ministry helps professionalize Wiccan Clergy and provides big church resources for existing Wiccan ministers to be more effective in serving a modern congregation.

The Right Reverend

Kara D Williams, M.Ed. (She/Her)

Kara D. Williams is the current Dean of Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary. She holds a BA in Sociology and a Master’s of Education with a graduate level certification as a Media Specialist. She has spent 20 years researching and documenting Middle Eastern Dance and Women’s History – earning a Laurel in the Society of Creative Anachronism. She is a 3rd Degree Initiate under Lady Belladonna Laveau/Covenant of Wise, ATC Inc .

Brenna Grace (She/Her)

Lady Brenna Grace, is the current Dean of Ministry for Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary and a Third Degree Priestess of the ATC and WISE Traditions. She is the Maiden of the ATC Mother Church’s coven and has been an active member since 2013.


She was the Director of Marketing from 2018-2022, having been the assistant director for 4 years before.


Brenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wiccan Ministry from WSTS and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from Western Washington University with a minor in Religious Studies. She is currently working her way toward a Master’s Degree in Wiccan Ministry from WSTS.
